After the post I made about my graduate program in the USA, several people came with questions.
I would love to answer everyone individually, but I do not see the possibility of that. Aside the large number of people to attend to, these questions are somewhat related.
I do not want to go from one DM to the other so that I don't mistakenly fall in love.
This article is more like a Q & A session. You will definitely find your answers here. You do not need to come to my DM unless you've exhausted the information here.

For many schools in the USA, you will need:
- Statement of Purpose
- Letters of recommendation (at least three)
- Transcript (student copy will do at the beginning)
- CV
- Statement of result/Degree certificate
- GRE/IELTS (sometimes waived for Nigerians)
- Application Fee
Q.2. TRANSITIONING INTO ANOTHER FIELD
ANSWER:
If you're transitioning from one field to the other, you will need to choose a field related to either what you really love or where you are currently working.
E.X: If you're switching to TECH, I would advise you to take courses in that area before starting your graduate school program. You can find courses on YouTube, Udemy, Coursera, etc.
Q.3: CAN I DO IT WITHOUT AN AGENT?
ANSWER:
Absolutely YES... But you need to be proactive, research, read, and make Google your best friend. Doing it yourself will make it easier for you during your visa interview.
Q.3: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
ANSWER:
The cost is entirely dependent on the school. Always check school website under the FINANCIAL/COST tab. Also check if there is funding available.
